R.E.A.P stands for "Remote Energetic Alignment Process" and is an energy healing method developed by Pamela Dussault-Runtagh. It is based on the idea that our bodies are infinitely wise and our natural state is wellness. Life can get hectic, and a myriad of factors such as stress, injury, trauma, old patterns, etc. can upset this balance.
R.E.A.P. helps us realign and return to our natural state. By working with eleven different centers in the body, R.E.A.P. clears energy blockages and strengthens areas in need of attention. It works on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level and also aligns clients with their "Higher Self" - awakening and restoring them to a truer way of being. Clients often gain clarity, a sense of well-being and inner peace.
In addition, Advanced R.E.A.P. healing techniques are also possible, after an initial session of REAP:
- Light Body Activations, which involve clearing energetic imprints in your light body. These imprints can be caused by harsh environments, conditioning, or traumatic events that get stuck in our energetic field and can manifest as unhealthy patterns, illnesses, aches, pain, and/or emotional imbalances.
- Soul Retrievals,
- Destiny Retrievals, where a dream that your Soul has is retrieved on your behalf.
- DNA Coding Activations, involve the restoration of our DNA to its original Divine blueprint.
What is a typical session like?
We start by discussing any questions or concerns that you may have. Then we move on to the energy healing portion of the session. You may sit down or lie down - whatever makes you feel most comfortable. I will tune in and obtain guidance towards the issues and areas of your body that are calling for attention. Then, depending on the guidance obtained, I will work to clear, activate and/or strengthen these areas. Afterwards, I will share with you any information or insights that come up at the end of the session.
Will it hurt?
Absolutely not. You may feel me working on different parts of your body, activating them and restoring balance. This feeling varies with each person. It may feel like a very light feeling to a deep warmth. It is definitely not painful. Emotions may come up for you during the session and you may experience a release. After a session, the healing will continue for the next week or so. Emotions and memories may come up for you. Acknowledge what comes up and be gentle with yourself. This is part of the healing process!
How often should I receive R.E.A.P?
This is completely up to you. You may feel that you only need one session. Or you may wish to have two sessions. Some clients prefer to have a periodic "tune-up," but that decision is yours.
